Shooter guide
Ranged projectile damage. A Table B warrior that strikes before they reach you.
The Shooter (warrior family, Table B) takes combat to range: projectiles, aim and field control from the backline.
Fantasy and role
You are the party's eye. You open fire before the enemy closes distance and punish anyone trying to flank your allies. Being Table B, you level cheaply and combine beautifully.
Strengths
- Reliable ranged damage: you hit without exposing yourself to melee.
- Lower experience cost (Table B): perfect for adding reach to another build.
- You provide field control: punish movement and protect the magical backline.
Watch-outs
- Fragile if reached: you need a frontliner to hold the line.
- You depend on ammo and position; terrain matters.
Good partners
- A Fighter or Grappler to pin the enemy while you shoot.
- A support caster to keep you positioned and protected.
Recommended combo
Shooter + Scout: ranged damage with detection and initiative to position yourself before you fire. Open an example build in the planner.
